Connection is via a proper calendar link: OAuth where available, a shared calendar you control, or a booking link you already use. You stay in charge of access; we only work within the permissions you grant.
We follow your rules for lead times, buffers, and who gets a yes. If something looks wrong or conflicts with a priority you flagged, we check with you before confirming.
